CANCELLATION POLICY

Savvy Lashesss Booking Policy 💕 To secure your appointment, a non-refundable booking fee is required. This fee will be applied toward your total service. Please allow at least 48 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Changes made within 48 hours will result in the loss of your booking fee. No-shows will be required to pay 50% of the service total before booking any future appointments. After-hours appointments (before or outside of regular booking hours) are available upon request and require a $40 off-hours fee. A valid card on file is required for all bookings. Please arrive on time and alone to your appointment to maintain a calm, luxury experience. If you arrive more than 10–15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and your booking fee will be forfeited. Fills must have at least 50% of lashes remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set. Foreign fills are accepted with prior communication. Additional time and fees may apply depending on the condition of the lashes. Please arrive with clean lashes. Excess buildup may require a lash bath for an additional fee. All services are non-refundable. If you have any concerns, please reach out within 24 hours of your appointment. All appointments must be booked through the booking site.
